1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the START immersive retreat ("Retreat"), you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Retreat Description
The Retreat is a six-day immersive experience focusing on mindfulness and adventure, scheduled to take place from September 28 to October 4, 2025, on Leros Island, Greece. Activities include outdoor explorations, creative workshops, and reflective sessions designed to help participants reset and reconnect.
3. Registration and Payment
Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Registration: To secure a place, participants must complete the registration form available on the START website and pay the required deposit of € 500,00.
Payment Terms: The total fee for the Retreat is outlined on the START website. The deposit is required upon registration, with the remaining balance due no later than September 15, 2025.
For Last Minute bookings (from September 22 to September 25) the full amount is due immediately (€ 2.500,00)
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Participant Cancellation:
Deposit Refund Policy (€500)
The €500 deposit is fully refundable if canceled on or before August 28, 2025.
After August 28, 2025, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Balance Refund Policy (excluding deposit)
For cancellations made by September 17, 2025: 75% of the remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made between September 18 and September 25, 2025: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made after September 25, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
4.2 Organizer Cancellation:
If the Retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including their deposit.
5. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or dietary restrictions during registration.
Liability: Participants acknowledge that they engage in Retreat activities at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the Retreat.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others and the environment. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or harmful behavior without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Retreat, including but not limited to workshops, guides, and media, are the intellectual property of the organizers and are intended for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Photography and Media
The organizers may take photographs or videos during the Retreat for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the organizers in writing before the Retreat begins.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for organizing and facilitating the Retreat and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from participation in the Retreat shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.
