Deposit Refund Policy (€500)
The €500 deposit is fully refundable if canceled on or before August 28, 2025.
After August 28, 2025, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Balance Refund Policy (excluding deposit)
For cancellations made by September 17, 2025: 75% of the remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made between September 18 and September 25, 2025: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable.
For cancellations made after September 25, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
If the Retreat is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
